Profile Bending Machine (Hydraulic)

Profile Bending Machine (Hydraulic) can bend various types of profiles depending on your work requirements. Two designs available include the PRO 100 and PRO 120. The difference being in the size of work each can handle. Features

• Machine body is steel (St-52) construction.
• On PR0100 rolls are driven by hydraulic motor+planetry gearbox and gears.
• Shafts made of special steel (42 CrMo4), hardened and grounded.
• PR0100 side guide rolls are manual adjustable.
• Horizontal & Vertical working.
• Electrical and hydraulic protection against overloads.
• Digital display for bottom rolls.
• Lower rolls hydraulic moveable up and down.
• Separate and moveable control panel.
• Manual lubrication
